What We Deliver

Unity Catalog Implementation — Full setup including metastore creation, catalog hierarchy, schema organization, and fine-grained grants. We’ve deployed Unity Catalog across multi-region Databricks environments with proper cross-account access patterns.

Data Quality Frameworks — Config-driven DQ engines where business users define rules in YAML and the platform enforces them automatically. Failed records go to quarantine tables with full metadata about which rule triggered the failure. We’ve built this pattern for regulated banking environments.

Lineage & Impact Analysis — Column-level lineage tracking that lets you answer “where did this number come from?” and “what breaks if I change this table?” before making changes.

Compliance Patterns — GDPR right-to-erasure implementation, HIPAA access controls, audit logging, and data retention policies. We design these into the platform from day one, not as a remediation project.

How We Work

Governance implementation starts with a data inventory and classification exercise. We map what data exists, where it flows, who accesses it, and what regulations apply. Then we build the technical controls and processes to enforce the policies.
